WARRANTY AND TERMS AND CONDITION
Any warranty claims on products sold via this website (www.salonmegamall.com) must be accompanied by the purchase invoice.
Generally we have a NO RETURN or REFUND policy for goods purchased.
If product/s is/are faulty on arrival we will accept a claim for return provided it is lodged within 3 working days of receipt of said product/s by the customer.
Only returns authorised by Salon Mega Mall Pty Ltd will be accepted for credit and or warranty repair and will be subject to count and condition inspection.
Freight for the return of goods must be pre paid by the purchaser.
Proof of purchase must accompany all returns.
A credit note will be issued for approved returns excluding freight and handling charges.
We do not issue cash refunds.
It remains the responsibility of the Purchaser to assure the product/s purchased is/are suited to the planned usage and requirements of the Purchaser and that such usage and requirements are within the scope and range that the product/s was designed for.
In the event of a Change of mind (Buyer's remorse) you will only receive a Store Credit and this, only at the discretion of Salon Mega Mall Pty Ltd. We do not offer Refunds. Shipping costs will be deducted from Store Credit Value.
Payment is required prior to dispatch of goods.
In order to receive a replacement item, due to courier damage, we MUST be notified within 24 hours of the item being received from the courier. You should NEVER accept damaged cartons from Couriers. Where the item has been delivered in your absence ensure you contact the Courier should there be any external damage prior to opening the package/s. It would be appreciated if you could forward to us a photograph of the carton prior to opening it and also a photograph of it's (damaged) contents.
Unless otherwise stated our products come with a 6 (six) months Manufacturer's Warranty.
